“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mi avete cambiato l'esperienza di gioco Non so nemmeno da dove cominciare. Per tanto tempo ho vissuto la frustrazione di essere buttato fuori dalle lobby ogni volta che venivo attaccato — proprio mentre stavo giocando, proprio nei momenti più belli. Mi ero quasi rassegnato all'idea che non ci fosse soluzione. Poi sono arrivati loro. Il team di GameServerKings non solo mi ha dato una protezione DDoS di livello altissimo (Cosmic Guard, scala terabit), ma ha fatto qualcosa che non mi aspettavo: mi ha ASCOLTATO. Avevo un'esigenza specifica — mi serviva assolutamente che l'UDP restasse aperto per avere il NAT aperto, ma allo stesso tempo dovevo proteggermi dagli attacchi sulle porte di gioco. Sembrava impossibile avere entrambe le cose. E qui arriva la parte che mi ha commosso: Ryan ha CREATO un filtro apposta per me. Un filtro Source Engine su misura, che mettendo su "Any" mi protegge da quel tipo di attacco su tutte le porte UDP — SENZA chiudere il NAT. Esattamente quello che mi serviva. Qualcosa fatto su misura per il mio problema. Oggi ho Full Cone NAT su tutti i miei dispositivi, faccio da host con lobby piene, e finalmente — dopo tanto tempo — gioco SERENO. I prossimi attacchi non mi fanno più paura, perché so di essere protetto. Questo non è "supporto tecnico". Questa è gente che ci mette il cuore, che risolve davvero, che crea soluzioni personalizzate per i propri clienti. Sono rari. Sono speciali. Grazie di cuore a tutto il team, e in particolare a Ryan. Mi avete cambiato la vita da giocatore, in meglio. Un'ultima cosa, dal profondo del cuore: vi prego, CONTINUATE ad aggiornare tutto — soprattutto questi filtri particolari per l'UDP. Sono ciò che fa la differenza per noi giocatori, sono esattamente quello che ci serve, e nessun altro li offre come voi. Continuate così, restate sempre aggiornati sulle nuove protezioni. “I've been with GSK and Cosmic guard for nearly 2 years now, They are very professional, helpful and quick to fix any issues. They normally can get a tech in same day to fix and hardware issues.
